If I order several different products from the site and want to add my logo or facility name to each product, will I just pay one set-up charge?
The set-up charge applies to each item. For example: if you order two different items and personalize each one, then you will pay the set-up charge listed for each item.

I want my logo on a different item—one that is not shown on this site.
Can you help me with this?

Absolutely! We can locate and imprint just about any item you are searching for. You will have to order the factory minimum for that item, but we are happy to work with you on special products.

Will I receive a receipt for my credit card order?
Yes. A receipt will be e-mailed to you once the credit card is processed

Can I have items shipped to multiple addresses?
Yes; however, there will be a fee for each drop ship location.

Can I use my FED-X or UPS number for shipping?
Yes. Please provide the shipper number and desired shipping method when the order is placed.

Are there standard imprint colors for all items?
No. Each item is produced by a different factory that may have standard imprint colors that vary. Most factories will offer
standard imprint colors like red, blue, white, black, etc. Call 1-800-822-1923 to verify imprint color choices.

What is the standard production time?
Personalized orders should allow 2–3 weeks production time plus shipping time. Some factories do offer a rush service, but an additional charge would apply for rush service. Call 1-800-822-1923 for complete details on a specific item.

Are there discounts on larger quantities?
For orders greater than the quantities listed, please call 1800-822-1923 to request pricing.
